Led the implementation of Windows 365 for contractors in the banking industry. The project aimed to provide a secure, flexible, and effective cloud-based working environment for contractors, allowing them to access their work remotely from any device.
Project Objectives:
- Deploy Windows 365 for all contractors in the banking industry.
- Educate contractors on how to use the Windows 365 platform.
- Provide ongoing support and Maintenance.
- Provide necessary training to IT Helpdesk
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducted research to determine the feasibility and benefits of implementing Windows 365 for the business.
- Collaborated with stakeholders to define requirements and create a project plan.
- Oversaw the purchasing and allocation of Windows 365 licenses.
- Configured and deployed Windows 365 virtual desktops for employees, ensuring compatibility with existing hardware and software.
- Set up user accounts, Policies, and permissions to ensure access to data and applications.
- Conducted Training sessions for employees to ensure they were comfortable using the new systems.
- Provided ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues that arose.
- Ensured regular updates and maintenance post-implementation.
